For all international orders please send an email along with how many wool pots bundles you are after along with full delivery instructions and we will provide a quote for delivery.
Please note you may be liable for international import duty, customs, and local sales tax levied by the country you are shipping to. These taxes and duties may need to be paid in order to release your order from customs on arrival into the country. Your order will only be released after full payment is made.
All prices are in NZ dollars.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to organise if any! their own shipping insurance. We don’t cover insurance, duty or taxes in the shipping component that is being paid during the checkout.
• What if I enter an incorrect address by mistake?
If an order is delivered to an incorrect address and needs to be sent again, you will be charged for additional delivery as well.
• What if I would like to exchange the purchased product?
We only except exchanges not refunds, if you are needing to exchange a product you will be charged an additional delivery charge. Please do take the time and choose carefully.
• What are your payment options?
Visa, MasterCard and online banking. If you would prefer to online bank, please send me an email and I will send you an invoice with account details for internet banking. If you prefer this option, please send full delivery instructions for sending products.
We are happy to exchange products but don’t offer refunds outside of 14 days of purchase. A refund will only be given once the purchase is returned and inspected if it is in the same conditions it was received. Delivery charges will apply at the customer’s expense. The Wool Pot business is not liable for returns being lost.
If exchanging a product, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Email us
Step 2: Let us know your invoice number and name and what you are exchanging the product for. We can’t be liable for returns being lost. Returns are at your own cost. Check out your local courier or post shop, they will have all the information and be happy to help.
Step 3: Then send it back to us with a note and a tracking number.
